eat APPLES CUT UP WITH CELERY AND LEMON AND VINEGAR AND SUGAR.

eat OATMEAL with MOLASSES AND BANANAS.

eat FETA WITH CORN AND HEIRLOOM TOMATOS AND SPROUTS.

eat quinoa noodles as if you could afford it
